- Three options. Member: you're a co-owner of the cooperative, share the expenses and work in the gallery one day a week (openings are rare). Rent a Grid: a 2' x 8' grid for $50 a month with a 2-month minimum, plus a 25% commission on sales. Back Wall: about 9' x 16' for $250 a month plus a 25% commission, and you can hold a reception.
