The NYC Pitch Pack

Every New York City shop on Open Shelf that publicly accepts submissions, in one sortable spreadsheet: how to pitch each one, whether they buy wholesale or consign, who wants a line sheet, who names a subject line, plus blank columns to track your outreach.

What's inside

  • 41 shops across Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, all verified October 17, 2026.
  • How each shop wants to be pitched (email, form or line sheet), summarized from its own submission page. 8 ask for a line sheet; 5 name a subject line.
  • Buying model, terms, splits and minimums where the shop states them (13 of 41 state a buying model). Everything else says “Not stated”; we never guess.
  • A built-in tracker: fit score, status dropdown, date pitched, follow-up date and notes.

Honest note: everything in the pack is also free on our NYC page. The pack just puts it in one file you can sort, filter and track against. Shops change their rules, so always open the shop's own page before you pitch.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. You sign up for Now Buying, our free email, and the download appears on this page. Nothing is emailed to you, so there's nothing to wait for.

Is this different from the website?

No, it's the same data as our NYC directory, which stays free with no sign-up. The spreadsheet is for makers who'd rather sort, filter and track their pitches in one file.

Where does the information come from?

Each row summarizes the shop's own public submission page. Terms, splits and minimums appear only when the shop states them. If something has changed, the shop's page wins; tell us and we'll fix the listing.

Can I import it into Google Sheets or Airtable?

Yes. Upload the .xlsx to Google Sheets (File → Import), or use the CSV version for Airtable, Notion or any other tool.
