Rentable display space: standard space $195/month on a one-year lease ($225/month for 6 months); checkout glass displays $295/month ($350); Maker Spaces with workstation $495/month ($575). First and last month plus a one-time display prep fee equal to a month's rent are due up front. Members work four 6-hour shifts a month (or pay $50 per shift). Sales split 80/10/10: 80% to the maker, 10% to the store, 10% to the member who made the sale. Members handle their own sales tax
